He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Ruff (Andrew Ruff, Sr.) and Andy. He is survived by: his sister Dawn Pizzo (Christopher); and his uncles, John Garlanger (Brenda) and Donald Garlanger.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Andy's name to The Marine Mammal Stranding Center in Brigantine, NJ, a cause that honors his love for the water and marine life.
