Though Debra may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Gallagher and Thomas Gallagher. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Biffle; and her children, Kristin, Tim, Alison, Stephen, Jennifer and Aimee.
