He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Vance and Vivian Vance; and his brother Ralph E. Vance Jr. (Margaret). He is survived by: his sisters, Carol DeWitt (Dan), Vivian Warner (George) and Kathleen Nahill (John). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
