He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Vitale; his parents, Frank Vitale and Joanna Vitale; and his sisters, Kathleen and Loretta.
He is survived by: his children, Salvatore Vitale Jr. (Angela), Robert Vitale (Carla), Victoria Rizzo (Steven) and Nicole Cleary (Joseph); his grandchildren, Santino, Nicolas, Salvatore, Angelina, Nina, Joey, Brenden and Noelle; and his brothers, Frankie and Johnny. He is also survived by many loving relatives and dear friends.
