With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Andrew Jeffrey of Maplewood, New Jersey, who passed away on September 1, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his significant other Beth; his children, Quinn and Colin Jeffrey of Maplewood, NJ; his parents, David Jeffrey and Hope Jeffrey of South Dartmouth, MA; and his siblings, Joel (Mary) of Montclair, NJ, Silas (Lisa) of Brooklyn, NY and Zoe Stoesser (Bradford) of Brookline, MA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family respectfully requests that those attending services please wear masks.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Maplewood Recreation Assistance Program, which helps make participation possible for all children in the community.
