It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Berkowitz Sekel of Maplewood, New Jersey, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Berkowitz and Milton Berkowitz; and her brother Michael Berkowitz. She is survived by : her husband Stephen Sekel; her children, Anne, Erich and Charles-Patrick; her children-in-law, Gabriel Chapa and Karolina Lempert; and her granddaughter Vivienne Claire Sekel-Chapa. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
