With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas Edwin Nevius of Maplewood, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Thomas may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Nevius. He is survived by: his children, Doug Nevius and Sara Nevius; his sisters, Nancy Sigler and Barbara Nevius; and his friend Bowdoin Street. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Instead of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the South Mountain Conservancy (somocon.org/donate-membership (http://somocon.org)) in support of trail maintenance and volunteer efforts that Tom was a part of.
