He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Stattel and Daniel Stattel; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Annie O'Pray-Stattel; his children, Erin Stattel and Justin Stattel (Marlboro); and his brother Ken Stattel (Marlboro). He is also survived by his many business associates, the farming community, friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waitt Funeral Home & Cremation Service (501 Hwy 79, Morganville, NJ 07751). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Old Brick Reformed Church (490 Newman Springs Rd, Marlboro Township, NJ 07746). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Old Brick Reformed Church or the American Littoral Society.
