He was predeceased by: his parents, Sean Gallagher and Honoria Gallagher; and his siblings, Kevin, Niall and Eileen.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Healy; his sister Maureen; his children, Eithne, Siobhan, Deirdre (Vito) and Brian (Cathleen); and his grandchildren, Gerald and Catherine.
In lieu of flowers, donations in remembrance of Brendan may be made to Sister Carole MacKenthun's Mission of Mercy Uganda Fund to feed the children at St. Kizito School.
