She is survived by: her sons, Edward (Cheryl Klementowicz), Richard (Jackie Klementowicz) and Justin Klementowicz; her grandchildren, Candace (Ryan), Edward (Nicole), Connor, Tara (Joe), Tristan, Justin and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Maverick and Alexandria; and her sister-in-law Ann Marie Pulido.
