He is survived by : his sons, Anthony De Leo (Samantha) and Nicholas De Leo; his siblings, Joseph De Leo (Donna), James De Leo, Annette Lorenzo (De Leo) and Roseanne Barnickel (De Leo); his mother-in-law Victoria Fusco; his sister-in-law Vicki Lynn Bermudez (Victor); and his nephew Daniel De Leo.
