He was predeceased by: his parents, Cipriano Costanzo and Rose Costanzo; his wife Ann M. Costanzo; and his sisters, Caroline Sacco (Bernie), Marie Siciliano (Pete) and Anna Gurchick (George).
He is survived by: his brother Joseph L. Costanzo (late Eleanor).
