She was predeceased by: her parents, Umberto Amaya and Caridad Amaya; and her siblings, Marvin, Ezekiel and Blanca.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Karr (Kathryn Dunn) and Alexandra Karr (Justin Golonka); and her siblings, Karla Cymrot, Suyapa Gary and Marlene Amaya.
