He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Ricca; his son Scott Low; his stepdaughter Amanda Braz; his grandsons, Preston Pierce Olivo and Austin Cruz Olivo; his parents, Sol Low and Roslyn Low; and his brother Barton Low.
Howard's family is planning a Memorial Service in the spring and would like to suggest that instead of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) or Shriners Hospital (shrinerschildrens.org).
