Though Kathi may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kathi leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edward Kopec; her daughters, Genevieve Kopec (Steven Cammarano) and Sabrina Kopec (Harrison Thomas); her parents, Kathleen Halas and Tony Halas; and her pet Sylvia. She was also cherished by loving brothers, sisters, their spouses and children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to: - AWA (Animal Welfare Association) NJ - where she found Sylvia; - Sharing Network Foundation - the non-profit organization responsible for the recovery and placement of donated organs and tissue.
