She is survived by : her husband Dale Osterman; her children, Dan Osterman (Berenice Beard-Osterman), Nancy (Jeff Smith) and Kerry (Marylou Osterman); her grandchildren, Emily DiNicolantonio (Spencer), Kyle Osterman, Jennofer Scaramuzza (Carl) and Alisa Bronaugh (Jason); her great grandchildren, Aislynn, Rhyen, Jack, Bella and Tess; and her brothers, Vernon and Robert.

“Aunt Maxine will always be remembered by us as a family peacemaker and intelligent guiding light in times of stress, especially when Grandma Keeney passed. She was such a gracious hostess opening her home to us when we visited. When I use Aunt Maxine’s monkey bread recipe I think of her. We will always cherish the times that we shared with her and wonderful Uncle Dale. Much Love to all from Jim and Kathy (Keeney) Nicholsen”
