Shipman of Marlton, New Jersey, born in Vincentown, New Jersey, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband John F. Shipman; her son Michael Higgins; and her former life partner Jack Higgins. She is survived by : her daughter Christine Frasetto (Richard); her grandchildren, Trisha Nichol (Andrew), Scott Frasetto, Alicia Frasetto, Melissa Lawrence, Amy Higgins and Ryan Higgins; and her great grandchildren, Victoria (Macie), Ethan, Liam, Delilah, Cole and Liliana.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Church (100 Willow Bend Rd, Marlton, NJ 08053). A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
