She is survived by: her former husband John Chumbley; her niece Deborah Matzyczn; her children, Valerie Chumbley, Patrick and John Chumbley; her grandchildren, Lee Chumbley, Christopher Chumbley, John Chumbley IV, Shannon Chumbley, Tara Kutnak and Nicole Chumbley; her great grandchildren, Gavin and Drake Chumbley; her great-niece Rena Coburn; and her great-nephew Charles Coburn.
