He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Cooker, and Woodrow Cooker, Sr.; his wife Nina Cooker; his sister Margaret Veasey (Charles); his son-in-law Michael Frascarelli; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Ferren and Anthony Farrell.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Ann Frascarelli, Denise Amons (Michael) and Michael Cooker, Jr. (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Phillip Frascarelli (Theresa), Nina Frascarelli, Matthew Frascarelli, Patrick Amons, Jake Amons, Christopher Amons, AnnMarie Cooker, Julia Cooker and Angelina Cooker; his sister-in-law Betty Farrell; and his siblings, Mildred DiLorenzo and Woodrow Cooker (Angie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
