He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carvette and Catherine Carvette; his wife Nancy E. Carvette; and his brother Charles Carvette (Joan). He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Koszyk (James) and Darlene Anderson (Tom); his grandchildren, Michael Koszyk (Neda), Mark Koszyk (Suzi), Catherine Smith (TJ) and Christopher Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Ben, Miles, Billie and Lizzi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
