He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Jacob and Charles Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Richard (Diane), Jason (Mimi), Susan (Richard), Bill (Mary) and Janet; and his sisters, Carol and Joyce. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
