He is survived by: his wife Beth Lefkowitz; his children, Sarah Williamson, Amy Hawkins (Craig), Matthew Lefkowitz (Selena) and Brittany Basnett; his grandchildren, Jon, Giovanni, Mia, Carson and Lincoln; and his great grandchild Bella Snow Hawkins.
