He was predeceased by: his wife Elinore; and his granddaughter Bridget Phillips. He is survived by: his children, William H. Phillips, Jr., Nadine Staats (Chuck), Mark Phillips (Barbara), Suzanne DelConte (late Mario) and Diane D'Ambrosio; and his grandson Daniel Staats. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Louis Church (821 W Cobbs Creek Pkwy, Yeadon, PA 19050). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (626 Baily Rd, Yeadon, PA 19050).
