Clark leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Clark’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Manley and Violet E. Clark; and his siblings, June E. Stiely (Manley) and Thomas F. Manley Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly T. Manley (Phillips); his children, Megan F. Manley and Patrick J. Manley; and his stepdaughter Katie E. Lawless. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Godfrey Funeral Home of Palermo (644 South Shore Rd., Palermo, NJ 08223). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
