He was predeceased by: his father Gerard McCarthy; and his mother-in-law Eileen McGuire (Edward McGuire). He is survived by: his mother Madeleine McCarthy; his wife Jacqueline McCarthy; his daughter Taylor Baroz (William Baroz); his brother Sean McCarthy (Dawn); his father-in-law John McGuire; and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Burger (Tom), Beth Ann Egan (Jimmy) and Jack McGuire (Cathy).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Casey-McCallum Rice Funeral Home (30 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10308). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM.
