Nicholas J. Francisco Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas J. Francisco of Matawan, New Jersey, who passed away on May 25, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Nicholas' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Nicholas has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmine Francisco and Filomena Francisco of Nutley; his wife Anna Bess Francisco; and his sister June Doherty. He is survived by: his brother Sandy Francisco (Diane); and his children, Robert, Susan Knoeppel (Gary), Sharon (Chuck Skurzynski), John (Sheryl) and Nick (Carin). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many beloved extended family members, and the loyal friends and neighbors.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Waitt Funeral Home & Cremation Service (501 Hwy 79, Morganville, NJ 07751).
