Parness; her sister Kathleen Poscaji Mazur; her brother-in-law John Mazur; her niece Lynn Mazur; her nephew Michael Mazur (Julie); her siblings-in-law, Patricia Martucci and Ronald Kunda; and her nieces, Jennifer Simpson (Jim), Elise Smith (Dave) and Amanda Noto (Jason). She is also survived by friends, former students, athletes, coworkers.
In recognition of her extraordinary contributions to her community and school, Patty was inducted into the Matawan High School Hall of Fame in 2012.
