He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur, Sr. Utter and Alice Utter (Zudema). He is survived by: his wife Judith Utter (Mc Cue); his children, William, Jr. and Kathleen Stallard; his grandchildren, Jillian, Claire Ryan, Lila and Harrison; and his great grandchildren, Elena, Henry, Kennedy and Vivian.
