She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Jeffries (Scott), Michelle DeSimone and Suzanne Pavluk; her grandchildren, Elissa, Greg, Eric, Rachel, Sarah and Dakota; her great grandchildren, Jen, Jess, Willa, Memphis and Barrett; her sister Victoria Costello; and her nephew Kevin Costello.
