She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Barnes and Walter Myers; her husband Riley Harris; her aunt Beatrice Turner; her brother Joseph Allen Barnes; her children, Eric Riley and Faith Hope; and her siblings, Len Barnes, Frances Jones, Marion Young, Beatrice Dato, Arthur Turner and Eleanor Mason.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Harris (Sandra), Barbara Jo Hairston (Elliott), Tally Harris, Edna Williams (Damon), Wanda Salahuddin (Umar), John Harris, Lisa Stewart (Stanley) and Susan Harris Terry. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great great-granddaughter; and a host of nephews; nieces; extended family; and dear friends.
