She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Maryak and Mary Maryak (Mongcose); and her brother Michael Shaw. She is survived by: her husband David E. O'Shea; her son Ralph R. Smith, III (Rosemary); her grandchildren, Jaqueline and Alexander Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas O'Shea (Ken Doyle), Dennis Henderson (Stefi) and Lorraine Henderson.
