He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold A. Boehm, Sr. and Beverly Boehm; and his pet Samson. He is survived by : his wife Mary Ellen Boehm; his son John M. Boehm (Amber); his stepdaughter Carissa Toon; and his siblings, Walter Boehm (Ginenne) and Janet Carpenter (Jud).
