He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kelsey Lynn (Vinny) of North Carolina and Franklin Charles (Alejandra) of Pennsylvania; his siblings, Charles (Janice), Philip (Rose), Ernest, Linda Jay (Alan) and Norma Jean Wilson (Marty); and his sister-in-law Constance Velelli (Victor). He is also survived by His daughter adding " Dad could make friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Boakes Funeral Home, Inc. (6050 Main St, Mays Landing, NJ 08330). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
