He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmine Bufi and Maria Bufi (Tatulli); his wife Antonia Bufi (DePinto); his brother Corrado; and his sister-in-law Maria Bufi.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Maria Cirilli (Nick), Carmine Bufi (Ann Marie) and Antonella Bove (Albert); his grandchildren, Terese (Joseph), Nicholas (Tiffany), Carmine (Andrea), Annalisa (David), Anthony, Gianluca (Francesca) and Alexa; and his great grandchildren, Carmine Jr., Lilianna and Gianella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home (425 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071). A Mass was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church (308 Jefferson St, Hoboken, NJ 07030). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery. An entombment was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at the Holy Cross Chapel.
