She was predeceased by: her mother Diane Brown. She is survived by: her father Thomas Brown; her husband Troy A. Smith, Sr.; her children, Natalie and Troy, Jr.; her parents-in-law, Emmett Smith and Diane Smith; and her extended family, Doris, Philip, Bruce, Patsy, Theresa, Jessica and Paul.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) to support research in finding a cure for ALS.
