He is survived by: his wife Carol Frances Fowler; his son Timothy Edward Fowler; his granddaughter Cheyenne Hailey Fowler; his sisters, Karen Elizabeth Eleuteri and Kay Ellen Bowker; his brother-in-law Frank Bowker; his nephew Pierce Edward Bowker; and his nieces, Erin Elizabeth Bowker and Tina Elizabeth Spering.
