He was predeceased by: his parents, Everitt and Elizabeth; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Kathleen Shemelia (Ron) and Harvey Davis, III (Lori); his grandchildren, Paige Davis and Raelynn Davis; and his sister Evelyn Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Harvey's name may be made to Union Fire Company, 1 Firehouse Lane, Medford, NJ 08055.
