He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam "Jane" Mayer; and his son Stephen Mayer. He is survived by: his children, Miriam (Albert Toczydlowski), Teri Deabler (Tom Sorrels) and Frank (Kathy Mayer); his grandchildren, Bridget, Erin, Nicole, Frank, Kristen, Jason and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Sydnee, Nicholas, Noah, Lila, Landon, Quinlan, Kellan, Rory, Jaxson, Olivia, Chloe, Kennedy, Brinley, Kaylee, Jayce, Brooklynn, Carter and Charlotte. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
