He is survived by: his wife Patricia McElvarr; his children, Jack McElvarr (Jennifer), Mark McElvarr (Theresa) and Cheryl Puzio (Peter); his sisters, Patricia Beals and Joyce Hughes (Gary); his grandchildren, John, Andrew, Bailey, Mark, Jr., Tyler, Nicole and Danielle; and his great grandchildren, Ruby, Liam and Theo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
