He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Michael, Jr., Kristen Hawkins (Chris) and Katie Milnes (Matt); his pet Bo Hawkins; his siblings, Bill (Marianne) and Pat McCormack (Hugh); his mother-in-law Barbara Munsey (late Roger); and his brother-in-law Raymond Barr (JoAnne).
