He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Perkins (Nee Bacho); his children, Christine Finn (Dorsey), Michael Perkins (Vanessa), Nathan Perkins and Dan Perkins (Denise); and his brother Bruce Perkins (Elizabeth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
