She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Schoenfeld; and her husband Robert. She is survived by: her children, Scott Underkoffler and Tracy Decker (CJ); her sister Mary Naughton (late Jack); her grandchildren, Wesley Decker and Kaitlin Toomey (Dakota); and her great grandchildren, Adalynn and Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Norma's name to the donors choice.
