She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Lupex and Mary Lupex; her husband James T. Kelly; and her son Matthew B. Kelly Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Kelly of Chatsworth, NJ, Wade Kelly (Sue Ann) of Chatsworth, NJ and James K. Kelly (Siobhan) of Southampton, NJ.; and her sister Loretta Denney. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
