“We last saw Bill in 1997, after when we had moved from Jersey to North Carolina having first met him at Shadyrest in 1988, when he was leading a Wednesday night prayer meeting. It was our privilege to come to better know him over the years. Bill was inspirational to us due to his fervent love for the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as well as one who loved the life that had been purchased for him at Calvary’s cross. With love and prayers, and sadness and rejoicing, Dave and Bettie Dilley”
