He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Matthews Quigley and Eileen O'Sullivan; his wife Gretchen Quigley; his children, William Matthews Quigley II (Paige Thorn) and W. Joan Perry (Clark); his grandchildren, Ryan (Kaila), Carson, Bryce, Tyler (Devon) and Keaton; his great grandchild Cooper; and his siblings, Peter (Janice), Myra Quigley (Edward Unger), Fred (Cathy) and Chris (Suzy).

Bill's impact in South Jersey came through his contribution to the Ivy Stone Ski Shows, Tri County Swim Clubs, Landskaters In-line Skate Club and many other community organizations.
