He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Fantini. He is survived by: his mother Delores Fantini; his sister Gina (Lawrence Tobia); his nieces and nephews, Gabrielle, Jonathan O'Connor, Adam and Gillian Jasper; his cousins, Michael, Katherine Arace and Alexandra Arace (Johannes Dachgruber); and his brothers, Glenn, Richie Fedirko, Philip and Michael Jasper. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.

In Tom's honor, donations may be made to the Special Olympics.
