We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2025, at the age of 86, Albert H. Bertha of Metuchen, New Jersey, born in Carteret, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nicholas Bertha, Christine Duffy and Joseph Bertha. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Bertha; his children, Louis Bertha (Terri) of Pittsburgh, PA and Susan Reed (Martin) of Milltown; his grandchildren, Louis Bertha, Jr., Nicholas Bertha (Sarah), Jack Reed, Matthew Reed and Chloe Reed; and his great grandchild Garrett Bertha.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home - Metuchen (568 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home (568 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840).
