It is with sadness that the passing of Annette C. Colterelli of Metuchen, New Jersey is shared. Annette, born on January 28, 1941 in Jersey City, New Jersey, passed away on October 9, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Pipolo (Zambardino) and Peter Pipolo; and her husband Claude F. Colterelli Sr.. She is survived by: her parents-in-law, Virginia Ann, Samual Casamasino and Theodore Colterelli Sr.; her siblings-in-law, Catherine J. Pipolo, Rosalind McBride and Theodore Colterelli; her children, Virginia Ann Colterelli, Catherine, Demetrios Pertesis, Claude and Franca Colterelli; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Jankowsky, Nikolay Pertesis and Dillon Desantis; her great grandchild Damian; her brother Frank Pipolo; and her siblings-in-law, Carmela Colterelli and James McBride.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home - Metuchen (568 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew the Apostle Church (81 Seymour Ave, Edison, NJ 08817). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the Holy Cross Burial Park (Cranbury Road, Jamesburg, NJ 08831).
