With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janet Stofa of Metuchen, New Jersey, born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Janet left this world on June 12, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Andy; her children, Stefeny Stofa-Krombholz (James) and Andrew Paul (Jaime) of Metuchen; and her grandchildren, Jakob, Luke, Madalyn, Abigail and Andrew.
She is survived by: her siblings, Roger (Kathy), Edie and Luke (Joann).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home - Metuchen (568 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church (445 Old Post Rd, Edison, NJ 08817). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Hillside Cemetery (52 Lincoln Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840).
