We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2022, at the age of 59, John R. Watt of Metuchen, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Josephine Watt and James Watt of Jersey City, NJ.; his aunts, May, Barbara and Evelyn; and his uncle John.
He is survived by : his siblings, Janice Watt-Makar, James, Jeffrey and Gordon Watt; his siblings-in-law, Douglas Makar, Maria Watt, Coleen Watt and Laura Watt; his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Nester-Watt (Mya Nester-Watt), Kyle Watt, Megan Watt, Justin Watt, Jimmy Watt, Sean Watt, Griffin Makar, Sarah Guarino, Ashley Watt, Alexander Watt and Ryan Watt; his great-niece Bailey Nester-Watt; and his great-nephew Colson Nester-Watt.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of John Richard Watt to The Garden Club Of Metuchen, 83 Rose St., Metuchen, NJ 08840 or to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Office of Development at P.O. Box 27106, New York, NY 10087, both organizations John felt strongly about.
